Hourly with overtime, plus completion bonus. Ranges reflect W-2 total compensation in year one.
The install lead is the member of our team that clients meet most often. That is why we hire for craftsmanship and composure first, and speed second. A job that looks perfect behind the drywall is the only job worth doing — and we take the time to do it.
You will run two- and three-person crews on homes ranging from $3M renovations to $30M new builds. Rough-in, trim, rack fabrication, and on-site coordination with the GC and sub-trades are your domain. Commissioning happens alongside our engineer — you learn the logic, they learn the field.
Our vehicles are ours, serviced on the clock. Our racks are built in our Greenwich shop, shipped complete, and installed in a single visit. You will not be inventing solutions in a basement because someone forgot a cable.
No gotchas, no whiteboard trivia. Every step has a stated purpose and a time commitment in writing.

Hourly rate, vehicle, benefits, and a clear first-ninety-day ramp plan in writing.
