A short document by design. These terms cover your use of the website itself — not our custom integration services, which are governed separately by a written engagement letter.
These terms cover your use of the MERIDIAN website — the pages, forms, and resources hosted at meridian.example. They do not govern custom integration services; those are covered by a separate written engagement letter at the point of contract.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not, we ask you not to use the site. It is a short document by design.
This website is operated by Meridian Integration Group, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company registered at 112 Waterline Way, Greenwich, CT 06830. Written correspondence may be sent to studio@meridian.example.
The written material on this site — service descriptions, city pages, portfolio case studies, resource articles, and the budget estimator — is editorial and informational. Nothing published here constitutes an offer, a binding quotation, or a guarantee of outcome for a specific project.
The only binding commercial arrangement between us is a written engagement letter signed by both parties. Prices, timelines, and deliverables in that letter govern; nothing on this website modifies them.
Unless otherwise noted, all text, photography, illustrations, diagrams, code, and layout on this site are the intellectual property of Meridian Integration Group, LLC. You may share links to any public page, quote short excerpts with attribution, and save pages for personal reference.
You may not redistribute editorial content in bulk, scrape the site to train machine learning systems without our written consent, republish photography under another party’s byline, or present our written position as the work of a competitor. Portfolio photography is used by permission of the residents depicted and may not be reproduced.
When you complete one of our forms, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to provide it, and that you are not submitting on behalf of another person without their consent.
We handle your submission in accordance with our Privacy Notice. A response is not a contract — it is the beginning of a conversation that may or may not lead to one.
This site occasionally links to third-party resources — vendor documentation, industry standards bodies, or news coverage — purely for reference. We do not control and cannot be responsible for the content or practices of those destinations. Following an external link is at your discretion.
We aim to keep the site online and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, relocate, or retire any part of the site at any time without prior notice. Published content may be updated as engineering standards, product lines, or service coverage evolve.
The website is provided “as is” for informational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness of the content for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of this website is limited to direct damages and is capped at one hundred US dollars (USD 100). This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — for example, claims for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If we update these terms materially, we will post the revised text here with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
