Base, plus project-completion bonus and full benefits. Meaningful equity available for senior hires.
You treat a control program the way a good software engineer treats a codebase — version controlled, peer reviewed, documented, and designed to be maintained five years from now by someone who wasn't you. That philosophy is rare in residential integration, and it is the single trait we hire for above all others.
This is a senior role. You will own the programming layer end-to-end on $500K – $2M projects — schematic logic, driver development, UI wireframes, commissioning, and long-term maintenance. We intentionally staff projects so you are deep on two at a time, not thin on seven.
You will work directly with the partner who sold the project, the engineer who designed it, and the client. No account managers, no junior filters.
No gotchas, no whiteboard trivia. Every step has a stated purpose and a time commitment in writing.
Forty-five minutes with the engineering lead. Conversational, not a quiz.
Two hours — you walk us through a past project in whatever depth you like, code included.
A paid day in our Greenwich studio. Meet the partners, review a live project, write a little code.
Compensation, scope, and a written explanation of how we will support you in the first ninety days.
Short, honest applications do the best here. Links beat attachments. We read every one personally.
Design the system, own the drawings, attend the site meetings. You are the bridge between architect and installer.
ReadLead rough-in through commissioning on high-end residential builds. You and a two-person crew, the GC, and the architect.
